I am Home
I have taken some time to do some serious searching as to what is my true calling, what it is that I can’t NOT talk about, that I can’t NOT come back to, and for me, it has always been being strong.

Live longer, be more durable!
Don’t neglect the little things that will help bulletproof your body for the ling term, make every warmup count, make every session include extra work to help you thrive for the long term, and stay uninjured!

Be alright with not being alright.
…we go about our daily lives stressed out to the max, feeling like everyone else has it made, feeling like we’re the only ones that have all this issue with time management, everybody needing something yesterday, and not knowing how to put all the pieces together, even though we’re trying our best.

Is this the best way?
…it’s made me question whether or not pushing myself that far has had health and longevity benefits or not.

Enjoy Life
We aren’t meant to live within our training, we are meant to smile, enjoy life, as humans we can move and run and play and we should choose activities that don’t make us frustrated for sake of doing them within the gym.
