We know that walking into something new can feel a little overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built a clear, supportive process to guide you through your first month with us. From your first session to your first real win, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Here’s what your first 30 days will look like.


Week 1: Get Oriented and Get Started

You’ll kick things off with two big steps: your first On-Ramp session and your nutrition consult. This is where we lay the foundation.

  • In your On-Ramp sessions, we’ll teach you the key movements, get you moving with purpose, and make sure you feel confident walking into your first class.
  • During your nutrition consult, we’ll take a deep dive into your goals, walk through how to track food in a simple and sustainable way, and get you fired up about what’s possible. You’ll walk away knowing exactly how many calories and how much protein to eat, plus a few daily habits that will move the needle.

At the end of this week, you’ll already feel the difference. You’re in motion.


Week 2: Build the Habit

This week, you’ll finish out your On-Ramp sessions and get set up for your first group class. One of our coaches will help you reserve your spot, walk you through our booking app, and make sure you feel ready. You’re not going to be thrown into chaos—you’re stepping into structure.

This is the moment it clicks:

Week 3: Momentum Kicks In

By now, you’ll have a few wins under your belt. You’ll know the names of your coaches, recognize some familiar faces, and start to feel that rhythm.

More importantly, you’ll feel yourself getting stronger. You’ll realize that consistency matters more than perfection. And you’ll see why we say: showing up is the hardest part—and the most important.


Week 4: The First Check-In

At the end of your first month, we’ll bring you back in for your first Goal Review. We’ll check your progress, talk through how things are going, and make any necessary tweaks.

This isn’t a “good job, see you next month” check-in. It’s a real conversation about where you’re headed and how we can help you get there.

Because this isn’t about making small changes—it’s about building a life you’re proud of.
